Direction of Use:
Brew 1 to 3 teaspons per person for 3 to 5 minutes with 300ml boiled water. Use hot or cold with or without natural flavourings. Take 3 times a day.
Precautions:
Not to be taken in pregnancy. Monitor your blood sugar if you are taking medication for diabetes. Consult with you health care provider if you have a bleeding disorder or are taking medcation to thin your blood e.g. Warfarin [Coumadin].
